The country should always be ready to quell civil disobedience, whatever the cause. If it occurs on 1st November (assuming the UK leaves the EU) it will be because a number of people, unused to not having their own way, will be disappointed. But they'll soon get over it.
Im more concerned that a lot of these democracy hating mostly leftie remainers from the top, establishment level, all the way down will turn their efforts into becoming "saboteurs"...and will do everything and anything to try and bring the country down, just so they can say "told you so, brexit would be a disaster"...
its been plainly obvious since day one when they they lost a fair, legal and democratic vote and threw their toys out of their collective prams and started jumping up and down and stamping their feet at not getting their own way that they are more than happy to cut their noses off to spite their faces...

I tend to agree with retrocop 16.27 and also jackthehat 16.15. Bereft Remainers may rend garments, wail, hold riotous protest marches etc., etc. and politicians will spout about another Referendum. The rest of the country will just get on with it. My sister, as I posted somewhere, runs a small garage and she will be uncorking the champagne because the uncertainty is what is seriously affecting the business. She'd be more than happy to be told we will be out of the EU by the end of August and she tells me that other small businesses feel the same.
