I am entirely in agreement.

This poor mother is probably unable to process why this tragedy has happened, and it does appear to have been a tragic accident - so she is reaching for answers, but clearly in the wrong places.

As compassionate people, we can understand her grief and her loss, and her need to for some rationalisation to help her sleep at night.

Well, some of us can - others prefer to blame her for being in the wrong country at the wrong time.

I'm just glad the poor woman is spared the arrogance and shocking heartlessness of some who scoff on here.

It's not 'your' country, and this poor woman is looking for someone to blame for her loss. Not in the right place, but maybe we can understand her thoughts, rather than scoffing at her.

I too am disappointed her family has chosen this path, but I don't feel there's a need to have a pop at the child - if that picture looks like a bundle of rags to you then you need an eye test.
