Can the same be said for Meghan? No, she's not loved like Diana was and I think it's an entirely different ball game and Harry has got it wrong. I'm not particularly a fan, but she married into the Royal Family surely knowing what to expect and she seems to be trying to change it all to suit herself. I guess it's natural that Harry wants to protect her.
Diana was going to be our future Queen, Hereiam, Meghan is not, so it's not really fair to compare the two in such a way. Sure, Harry makes the connection but that's because he witnessed first hand just what happened to his mother. He doesn't want the same thing happening to his wife. And, imho, she's not trying to 'change it all to suit herself'. She just wants to maintain as much privacy as is possible given the family she married into.
