I posted what I believe is a valid point on the thread, Naomi challenged it, so far so good.
Then the usual suspects pile in to do what they want to accuse me of doing - de-railing a thread that almost none of them bothered to post on in the first place!

If I have read the link correctly, Ms. Woodall turned down all the candidates, ethnic minority and white, which suggests that she does not feel obliged to employ any candidate she deems unsuitable, regardless of their ethnicity.
I can't see an issue with that - can you?
