She stood as a candidate for the Brexit Party in the European Parliamentary elections and was elected following the BP's success in that contest. She stood yesterday as the BP's candidate in Plymouth Sutton & Devonport and came a poor third behind Labour and the Conservatives but ahead of the Liberal non-Democrats.

In that case you don't understand it. As has been said she didn't have a seat. She's an MEP. I imagine she'll continue with that and as she's been doing for the past several years, writing her newspaper column and appearing on various bits and pieces of television.
