Has Meghan Markle Been The Ruin Of Prince Harry?
He seems utterly under her spell, and just doing whatever she wants. Sad and pathetic. Maybe she plans to return to acting. What do you reckon?

There are millions who have similiar and far worse problems to deal / cope with, in their daily lives , and are not in a privilege position
I don't see what's so special about the RF that I should lose sleep over

The only thing I find remotely disturbing about any of this is their apparent decision to not inform anyone of this prior to announcing it.
That shows there must have been a real breakdown in relations between Harry and his father and brother, and that's a bit sad.
Their actual decision to step back, perhaps altogether at some point, I completely understand.

// He seems to have lost all sense of propriety //
Maybe. I think he's just sick of the whole circus, and doesn't give much of a toss any more. His mother received awful treatment at the hands of the media, 'the palace', and to some extent the public, and he sees that history starting to repeat itself.
I don't blame him at all for considering that his loyalty should lie first and foremost with his wife and child, rather than any of the aforementioned. Good luck to them.

Well it is a curcus him and his wife have created.
They had a perfect opportunity but messed it all up. You cannot go around telling people what to do then doing the opposite. Especially when said people are paying for you.
They need to stop blaming the press and look closer to home for the cause of their problems.

What is the agenda?
It seems to me the agenda is to live a happy, peaceful life and that is what they are trying to do.
Harry was a wild boy, always knew he wasn't heir, this made him play up. He's now older and more settled, found a lovely woman to settle down with.
I think poor Harry, having all this speculation about him being pulled along by "a woman". She's the love of his life and his wife. He didn't need to settle for her by any means. He can do as he wishes and he does, I highly doubt she is as controlling as you're implying.
Speculation and hearsay doesn't benefit the truth.

// and respect for the queen should have been at least on the agenda. //
The queen didn't show much respect for his mother, even after she died, until she was dragged kicking and screaming to do it by public disquiet. It's probably something Harry wasn't very aware of at the time, but has thought alot about since.
