No it isn't. For decades our civil service has been infested with common purpose placements that have covertly reported everything secretly to the EUSSR. They are still there, bitter, and peevishly determined to undermine our democracy. We saw what happened to May when she let them feel secure and untouchable. They were so emboldened that they nigh on brought our Parliament to a close. Boris needs to winkle them out and sent them packing as well. Preferably off to Brussels where they can accept the pieces of silver that they so deserve.

The role of the Civil Service is twofold -- firstly, to implement policy, and secondly to make sure that politicians get proper advice from the benefit of lifetimes of experience. As far as I have seen they do both pretty well -- just because that advice is sometimes inconvenient doesn't make it subversive.
That was all very laudable when the civil serpents were only giving "advice" to our politicians. They have long since been corrupted by the reptiles who run the EUSSR. They have not had our interests at heart ever since we were trapped in the deadly web of deceit that was woven in Brussels. Time to remove the diseased bits of the body and dispose of them.
Just because you've developed some sort of deranged war mentality doesn't mean you need to infect the rest of us with it.
There's no such thing as the EUSSR -- to call the EU that is an insult to people who suffered in the real USSR, if nothing else. Nothing from the last three years has been betrayal or treason, or even remotely close to it. The Civil Service is not a "swamp".
Enjoy your victory, but seriously you can stop overhyping it now. Let's hope you are right about Johnson, although what counts as "fine" is a matter of perspective, I suppose. All I can see is someone mistaking debate for dissent.
