OP- My hairdresser only takes cash, as does my beautician/manicurist. As does the village pub and the local post office and most shops within a 4 mile radius.
I won't do online banking any more, it has got too complicated. OH spent nearly 3 hours (yes, you read it, 3 hours) trying to pay a bill on line through Nat. West. Not only is he a long-term customer, but he use to work for them!!!! He gave up in the end, after a very long, typed conversation could only offer to send him a new code, and is sending a cheque instead. Cheques work, I'm happy with that. If it ain't broke - don't fix it!
