Homeless People
I heard on the news that the government wants to get “rough sleepers” off the streets in order to stem the virus.
How about getting them off the streets, into a room at least, so they can have some kind of life?

In fact, if anything, it may cause more cross contamination than it solves. Imagine this - a homeless person who has spent some time on the streets. Although it may not be his choice, he is used to being outside. Suddenly, not only is he to be confined to barracks (probably a small room) but he is not allowed out except for essential purposes. It's not going to work. Many of them - especially now the weather is improving - will simply not cope with their confinement, will leave the premises and, even if they come back, will mix with their fellow homeless when out and about.
