Hancock/Cororonavirus Query
Didn't it come out that Matt Hancock had coronavirus the same time as Boris Johnson? If so, how come he was back to work inside of a week and hasn't isolated himself at least a week after the symptoms have gone, as stated you must do in the governments own ruling?

people in your household have to isolate themselves for 24 days. You only have to isolate for 7 days https:/ /www.bb c.co.uk /news/u k-51506 729 scroll down for a very helpful graphic!
// because most people are barely affected and recover quickly. Apparently 20% suffer badly and some of those will die from it.//
is just about right
we dont know why some do really badly - but can plot their course. Laura Luenzie pointed out to him that he wasnt tired but had corona on that very Monday night
and I pointed out somewhere that he was pyrexial for far longer than 'normal' - if you remain with a temp for ten days - which someone said was not exactly normal or mild you will be admitted
of those in Hospital - and there is some evidence if you keep them out they do better (!) - 20% die
and of those progressing to ITU 50% do and take a few weeks to do it
altho progression to phase 1 2 qnd 3 is clearly signposted - treatment as in 'can we prevent it or abort it' is remarkably not at present available
the vast majority under 7- shake it off - my nephew of 35 was back at work in A+E within seven days

// /The UK will not have enough beds and ICU beds to meet demand. By April 17 23,745 ICU beds are expected to be needed.///
we have 800 beds before and the original estimate is that we would need ten times that 8000
23 k is a lot higher - atpresent the complement filled is 750 - but there is something like another 5 000 spare
so it does look as tho we have flattened the sombrero
shunting ventilated patients hither and thither has a mortality by the way - a number die in transit
( not dependent on distance so the danger parts are like air flights - take of and landing)
