( I know we have teachers and ex teachers on here, what do they think?)

No, I think they should be doing what they are doing - talking to the government in order to discuss there concerns on behalf of who they represent. Teachers, classroom assistants have expressed concerns. So would I.

APC, I agree and I think having a union to represent you is a good thing , sadly Scargill gave Thatcher the ammunition to smash them, thus giving them a bad name
On a general point ,if it wasn't for unions a lot of people would be ridden over by their employers

Love this site - any subject can turn into an argument over one word. My daughter is a teacher and she is working at the moment. 14 children whose parents are key workers. I do worry about her safety.
