Many people think the black and other ethnic elements of their population are thugs and criminals, all this is spate of violence and looting is doing is reinforcing that belief. I believe much of Americas problems are caused by allowing states to have their own laws, its just a path straight to chaos.

The 'Black Vote' isn't Trump's to lose.
They represented such a tiny proportion of his voters that if none of them voted for him, it wouldn't change the result.
Having said that, obviously, the more intelligent blacks voted for him and no intelligent people support looting and rioting. (just look on AB)
So, I could see him holding or increasing his share of the black vote. Not that it would sway any states, I doubt.

no douglas, at least not in the UK. Doctors can prescribe certain things that can also be bought OTC via a pharmacist. eg a ventolin inhaler. That would be "available on prescription" Other medications eg methicillin, are not legally available at all unless you have got a prescription, hence "not available without prescription"
