Just to add the straight answer: the killer in this case was not armed and funded by the state. We all run the risk of being killed by the psycho next door. Being killed by a psycho with a badge is a different matter.

doesn't matter how old it is, it is cited to illustrate that when a white man is murdered, there was no world wide outpouring of violence and looting, there was no world wide handwringathon, there were no statues being torn down and celebs and politicians prostrating themselves and begging for forgiveness for having the temerity to exist. The fact that many above choose to highlight the age of the piece and attack the poster rather than comment on the actual highlighted issues, speaks volumes. Good post retro.

And, since the George Floyd incident, all retro has done is to post links or comment on black atrocities against law enforcers, both here and across the pond.

i'm still really unclear what is newsworthy about 1 murder that happened 4 years ago in a country several thousands of miles away. Retro, I don't really understand what point you are trying to make.
