Apologies by Police Commissioners are worthless. I recall Hogan -Howe being forced to apologise to one of the girl's father at a government inquiry.' Why did the police not do enough to prevent his darling innocent girl running off to join ISIS with that awful Begum girl?'
The old drugged up rent boy chaser( Vaz) managed to squeeze an apology from Hogan-Howe.
Later on we find that said girl's dad was taking her to terrorist themed demos at the age of three and was a active member of a proscribed organisation.
Cressida Dick is a joke. She did not apologise for the stop/search. The officers acted correctly. I believe she apologised for any distress they may have felt and promised to look into the use of handcuffs.
