E111 After 31 December 2020.
I can't provide a link, but I have heard that after 31 December 2020 the E111 will no longer be valid to give protection to UK people who are in the EU. For me, that will be bad news. I have a second home in France and I may be liable to arrange private health insurance. That could be difficult because of my existing health issues. This seems to be one of the Brexit consequences that Brexiters didn't foresee or care about. Any comments?

I assume that you're referring to the EHIC which, as you say, won't be valid for most UK citizens after the end of this year. However UK citizens who're in receipt of the state pension, and who already live in the EU, will continue to be covered (as will UK students who've already started a course at an EU institution):

Anti-Brexit campaigners frequently mentioned the potential loss of EHIC entitlement, so it's hardly surprising that it's happening.

OK, I understand that many people here don't care about the loss of a few. It's not your problem, so why should you care? Togo: I didn't expect 'everything free' I just miss the mutual agreement that there was between the UK and EU that they would share the health care system between tax-payers of both countries. Of course I do. And of course others don't.
There have always been reciprocal agreements between some countries. EHIC wasn't the first system that was in place. We got along OK before it and we will get along afterwards as well. There may yet be an agreement anyway, it just hasn't been agreed yet.https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/healthcare-abroad/healthcare-when-travelling-abroad/travelling-outside-the-european-economic-area-eea/
