Hope springs eternal and everyone is entitled to it. Apart from those developing Covid 19 vaccines, etc., scientists are pretty unanimous that it will take 12-24 months or perhaps more before anything of the sort becomes widely available. It's not a case of fake news but nobody should put more store on the assorted initial investigations/experiments than is justified: At this stage really quite tiny, unfortunately, because these things take a lot of work and a lot of time.
