Not affected, but I am annoyed by this. As I wrote on Naomi's thread, unless hospital admissions or deaths have increased alarmingly (which doesn't appear to be happening), then why are people being "locked up" in their homes again? An increase in positive Covid tests doesn't necessarily mean more people are infected just that more are known about. The...

Perhaps the Government's GCHQ is spying on us via our TVs. It is not beyond possible to do so and the technology goes back a long time.

Reminds me of a story from wartime that my mother told us. There was a rumour that a German pilot had ejected and landed in the local park, the gates were all firmly shut, Haha, we've got the b@@@er!, until someone pointed out that the railings had all been removed for the Spitfire fund! Why the gates had been left on heaven knows.

As I wrote on Naomi's thread, unless hospital admissions or deaths have increased alarmingly (which doesn't appear to be happening), then why are people being "locked up" in their homes again? The Government has just announced that tomorrow's further easing of lockdown has been cancelled (no link, sorry).
When will people (mainly those calling the shots) start to realise, that we cannot hide from this virus again, which is what we have effectively been doing for four months.
