Was Anne Boylen Black?
Rewriting history for the sake of diversity, perhaps Davis Jason could play Nelson Mandela.

Personally, If it's going on the TV as a serious program, I would rather a white man play Buzz Aldrin A black man play Muhammad Ali A white woman play Margret Thatcher A black woman play Florence Griffith Joyner A white man play Hitler A black man play Idi Amin etc. Theatres or local plays, ok...but not TV or films that are supposedly based on fact. I do realise that...

Was Anne Boleyn black? Don't be daft, of course she wasn't. But Nelson, The Duke of Wellington, Richard The Lionheart, Bernard Montgomery, Bobby Moore, Samuel Pepys, Sir Francis Drake, Sir Walter Raleigh, and many more who hid the fact with make up and pretence. Except The last King Of Scotland. He was very happy to announce his colour as black. The one before him had been blue.

well he wasnt black - -but he is the one born in Dublin oppo the Tea-shack's house that caused so much trouble the last time I raised it. and said - because a man is born in a stable - doesnt make him a horse
Do you think the Iron Duke should be portrayed as the Irish Duke?

roy - That has been carried out by a Moderator, I would suggest because the animosity between you and i was seen as a diversion to the thread, as a result, I would fully expedct the Ed to back the Moderator concerned.
