That's a result then. I flew with Norwegian just the once and that was once too many. I didn't do so out of choice. My flight to the Canaries had had been cancelled at short notice and it was all I could get. The cabin crew were appalling, the aircraft was a disgrace and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month (and mine was its first flight of the day); there was an air bridge but I had to trudge down a service staircase to the apron and board the aircraft by steps at the rear ("to speed boarding"). They got me there - and that's all I can say.

Indeed. I didn't expect dancing girls. But neither did I expect rudeness from the cabin crew. Nor did I expect to have to sit for four hours with my feet in dirty litter. Finally I didn't expect to have to schlep up and down two flights of stairs (especially with these knees) with a fifty yard trudge in the rain in between for good measure. But they did get me there.
