The increase is welcome and Labour I am glad to see supports it. Warfarin is changing. With reference to the OP, yes we are fighting a virus, but we are effectively already at cyber war with certain countries. It won’t all be tanks and guns etc

You're right about Nato spending, though given that EU countries are already some way behind UK spending levels, perhaps the US could legitimately reduce their own contributions (rather than pulling out of the alliance).
