It wouldn't bother me either, but that is a one-dimensional view of what bullying is.
I am no-one's shrinking violet I am sure you would agree, but in my time at work, I have experienced bullying sufficient to make a Grievence to get it stopped.
It was not 'shouting and swearing', it was daily insidious drip-drip-drip of undermining, confidence-draining self-esteem chipping sniping and criticsm by a manager with considerable power over my work environment and my career prospects.
It doesn't have to be overt confrontation in order to be bullying, and you don;t need to be a 'snowflake' to be affected.
Assuming simple stereotype situations is to miss the reality of what might have gone on - none of us know, but it is unlikely to have been limited to the odd hissy fit and a bit of inapproprioate language.
