Anti-Semitism In The British Press
The Observer (Sunday version of the Guardian) has published the false claim that Palestinians were being denied vaccine by the Israelis;

In that case, I'd suggest that it's meant sarcastically.

The Guardian story is partially true.
Israel has for years blockaded the Palestinian areas and no covid vaccine is getting through. Israel says the Palestinian Authorities should source the vaccines and administer them.
// But Israel is not providing vaccines to Palestinians in the Israeli-occupied West Bank or in the Gaza Strip, which is blockaded by Israel and Egypt. Palestinian officials are scrambling to secure deals with vaccine manufacturers.
Israel says the Palestinians are responsible for their own health care under the 1990s Oslo peace accords. //

Khandro did not include a Link to the article in question, so I will confirm it:

Yes, that is the article referred to in the link in the OP. and it isn't true, it's a complete fabrication:
"“The Palestinian Authority is responsible for vaccinations provided to Palestinians in both the West Bank and Gaza,” she noted. “As reported within the same article, the PA has not even asked Israel for help in this regard, looking to source the vaccines elsewhere.”
“The Observer’s headline — and the picture alongside it, of an Orthodox Jew being vaccinated in Israel — has provided grist to the mill of far-right and far-left antisemites alike, who seek to take anything positive Israel does and twist it beyond recognition,” Gewolb asserted. “The paper should change this headline immediately and issue an apology.”"

Every word in the Guardian article is true, and is definitely not anti-semitic. Rather telling that you did not include a link for AB readers to decide for themselves.
The Israeli inoculation programme is impressive and should be applauded. However, having a large number of people with no prospect of having a vaccine anytime soon rather undermines their good work.
If the British Government said everyone will get a vaccine except Manchester’s 2.8 million residents, you would think they were crazy. But that is the crazy situation in Israel.
