It sounds like both sides are having the same problem. You'd have thought that in the wake of a global pandemic, ALL sides would be willing to work together to achieve the swiftest possible resolution to the problem.

I don't mind waiting a week or so longer for a vaccine. Whilst I wait I can watch the EUSSR fall apart and collapse under the weight of their recriminations and blame for each other. I have been enjoying the German traffic jams at their borders, the Dutch water cannons, the paralysis of the Italian courts, the Swedes being put under quarantine by the rest of the EUSSR and the French starting to swallow hard at the sight of Germany calling the shots without consulting them now that the pesky British have taken the guard dogs away. What's another week amongst friends?
Hungary now defies the EUSSR edicts and goes it alone. Orders vaccine from Russia and the UK directly and cuts out the Brussels cartel. We should let em have it cost price.

After going to bed early last night and listening to the radio about this it appears the EU are stamping their feet led by German president Ursula Von der Leyen , but in layman's terms, the EU didn't sign the contract for the vaccine till another 3 months after the UK signed which is why they've lagged behind in the number of vaccines allocated to them
Doubt you've heard the last of this, bobbi.
The people who, despite all their denials, appear to hate this country smell blood in the water.
They'll be 'on you' ooh, with their 'reliable sources' ie. Britain hating hacks to prove you're wrong, Britain's wrong, up is down, black is white and all their usual garbage.
Just saying, pet. Don't let them grind you down. ;-)

'A spokesman for Dyson said: “A long-fought legal challenge, brought by Dyson against the EU Commission, resulted in the energy label regulation being annulled.
“This was a win for consumers since the EU commissions label misled them by overstating the energy efficiency of old-fashioned bagged vacuum cleaners. It tested the machines in a clean state, without dust, which is not reflective of real-life use conditions.
“Dyson technology was disadvantaged which led to significant engineering, research, development and promotional costs. It is now for the Court to determine the quantum of damages Dyson should be repaid.”
