That says it all really. People are leaving reviews even though they haven't used the service. That's not what review sites are supposed to be about.

There's a lot of folk leaving negative views because the man was sued, not because they have been clients.

There are ways of giving negative feedback and that man chose the wrong way.

this is nothing to do with trust pilot. The bloke left a bad review and then did not back up his assertions in court. probably a touch of the legal profession protecting its own but the bloke failed to substantiate his claims as far as I can see. Trust pilot is merely the organ used to leave a review.

I usd to read and take notice of reviews before making a purchase but there are so many fake and idiotic reviews that its not a reliable system.

On Amazon one star reviews of products where the purchaser has not read the product details, especially the size of the item or a person getting friends to review their product. They are of no help to the customer.

I tend to ignore glowing reviews and really bad ones. Imo...they are posted by rivals or the company itself.

ummmm, I know someone who wrote a book and when I read the reviews in Amazon I recognised the names of many of the reviewers. They all gave five stars and very positive feedback.

it's one thing to detail a bad experience, it's another to call them scam artists. That's just hysterical abuse and got what it deserved. People think that they can say anything they like online. Tough.

I stayed in a really nice hotel. It was given a 1* review by someone because there was apparently a loose roof tile.

People are petty.

I got a holiday for about £450 for 2 people for 2 weeks. People slated it on the reviews. People want 5* luxury on a 1* budget. We got room only, the room was clean....that's all I cared about.
