Gawd Are The News Channels Going To Inflict Scottageddon On Us All Day?
which not surprisingly you missed
Beeb coverage very pro Sturgeon - she answered every question clearly and forthrightly. yeah right.
I cited the docs released last night in the other thread. Mind boggling. The barristers had lied to the court and other side and were less than pleased.

// The Inquiry members are still very cheesed off that they have been denied several key documents.//
if you read the docs that HAVE been disclosed yesterday - you can see why. The politicians who are failed lawyers are much given to saying they dont understand legal documents. And they are in charge except when they are not in charge which is most of the time.
The big points were : the investigating officer who must not have contact with the complainants until the whistle goes .... had.
oops
Nicola S has a short memory
The investigating officer who was told NOT to interview the complainants/victims - did. ( the police wanted to do the initial disclosure interview with trained personnel which is certainly consistent with the different child protection cases. )
the govt 'won' on six out of the 7 points - the docs in fact show the whole thing is such a disaster than the govt concede on one and do not persist with the losing case. - a lot of la-dee-la and hand wringing about two victims have had their cases screwed - three years ago and nothing was done.
But the Beeb were quite upbeat about it
