Alex Salmond referred a lot to a 'search warrant' which I thought a bit cutesy-wootsy at the time. but yes there seems to have been one - one dept applied to a judge to search another dept office.

She may have misled the committee when explaining why she didn't mislead Parliament. But if so, the committee saw through that when reaching the decision that they did.
