This is the stumblebum who mocked Trump for being careful walking down a ramp at West Point.

Remember also that the press made a big thing about Trump taking hold of the hand rail on the steps. Biden trips twice on the same steps and ... err it's windy. Haha. Don't let him near a golf club he will hit himself on the head.
