I'm most known for news so I'm putting this here. I took off the adblocker to type this. I can barely type a word without she ite hopping all over the screen, the site is unusable. I may be back when I figure out a way the make this site viable again. Who would have thought it, veteran of many suspensions I finally get expelled by ads! PMSL! TTFN.

I know what you mean about the ads - they're infuriating.

I know this sounds like stirring but its not -I find all these adverts stressful -its the fact they are animated, flashing and in between the replies on threads. If they were static and at the side or bottom I would put up with it -as it is I think I may be joining TTT until I can find a way around. Need to ask a teenager lol!

237 you could only do that once, I did then left my laptop for a while so it snoozed and when I came back I had to disable the the blocker, continue to site option had gone.
I just think this is final evidence that AB does not care two hoots about individual users, same as when we were told you had to install a different browser to use it or question grossly unfair thread removals, as long as random unknown people are posting that's all that matters . The pathetic thing is I expect most are like me and would never click on an ad within a website anyway which seems to defeat the object.

I have had my ad blocker disabled for five hours and still no ads (Firefox).

I've tried three different browsers Chrome/Outlook/Safari and cleared my Cache to no avail. I am using Adblock the free version (though I do donate)

I generally only post from my phone now through the DuckDuckGo app which blocks all ads and never saves your browsing history.
