yes Sunk but it's unclear whether NS is going to hold an advisory referendum or an illegal "binding" one ignoring the law. If the former fine but in both cases it will doubtless be boycotted by the no side rendering it pointless anyway. Only if they get the ok from the UK government to hold a binding referendum will it be taken seriously and be valid.
