Arh yes, just the day visit but we saw plenty I’m pleased to say , I found Bethlehem dirty and the food where they took us was horrible , I stuck to bottled water all day,I do think Israel will be a big tourist attraction though from now on, when we’re you there Naomi?

Hamas's rockets are not toys. There range is increasing and they do kill Israelis.
Anybody who defends Hamas and criticises Israel for taking military action against, well would they have expected the UK to do nothing if the IRA had camped out along the Welsh border and fired rockets into England at any time of their choosing.

Fiveleaves, I can understand your preference, and even your religious affiliation, but not your morality. Yes, Jews have always lived on that land - but so too have others. How could it be morally justified for the so-called civilised of the 20th century (the ones who quite rightly kicked Hitler & Co into touch) to evict people from the home they’d inhabited after thousands of years leaving them homeless refugees and destitute? I'm asking this as a point of principle.

um well the IRA had camped out along the Irish border and I remember some little trouble with bombs and rifles

arguing about the land is irrelevant, let's look at the here and now. This happens every couple of years the Palestinians fire a few rockets and Israel revisit it on them x 1000. If you knew that would happen why would you fire a rocket? They effectively use Israel to attack themselves. You have to be some kind of moron to lob a rocket if you know what's going to happen, and they do know.

The Palestinians that fire misiles in Israel must know there are many Palestinians living in Israel so could also be killing them as their misiles are a lot more random with targeting things than the Israeli ones.
