As to 'What ethhic minorites want' - I imagine it's the same as the majority want - to be free of discrimination and sterotyping.
Sounds fair enough to me.

Spot on. From the ASA website:
//We only require one example to assess so if you do decide to raise concerns about an influencer not labelling content correctly, only one complaint is necessary. You can sign up to hear about further news from us on this issue via our newsletter page.//
So literally one person can complain and the ASA will investigate.
And then once it becomes a story, others can complain that a complaint has been lodged asking "Just what do ethnic minorities want?" assuming the complaint has been lodged by someone from a minority group.
