I’ve read the transcript but I’m not sure how anyone could be ‘forced’ to have sex at 17 yrs old unless they had a gun to her head, otherwise this would surely be rape wouldn’t it?
I’m no fan of PA, far from it but again just wondered how she was ‘forced’ to have sex with him and other prominent figures,and I’m not saying she’s to blame either but I would like to know

Virginia Giuffre has certainly led a chequered life! Broken home in early childhood, molested by a family friend at the age of seven, left home and lived on the streets when she was thirteen . Then picked up by Epstein and Maxwell to work in their sex and massage parlours. There she met and married her husband . Not exactly the shrinking violet that she is trying to portray. Now she is putting her three children and Andrew's two girls through what must be absolute torture.

You must have seen pictures of Epstein with Clinton, Trump, Gates, Woody Allen to name just a few. Epstein and Maxwell mixed in celebrity circles. I think there's inequality of power here in age and privilege so surprised to see some of the reactions towards a 17 year old girl. How much of a clue did you have at 17? I know I didn't.

The world is full of men that do this kind of thing. That like young girls and want to feel that they are still attractive. Is it illegal..no. Is it right....(?)

This who saga is just rolling on and on. The longer it does the more of a mess it's creating. I don't understand why he's not co-operating.

Depends on whose version of 'co-operating' you mean, Donald. The American prosecutors want him to go over there to be questioned. Something he is not prepared to do. Instead, his lawyers have said he will offer interrogatives, which are written answers, to written questions, on oath. If he does this, it doesn't preclude them from face to face interviews at a later date, should they be needed.

PP if P.Andrew were to be found guilty it will be far worse for the RF than it is at the moment and I'm sure it's bad enough as it is for the Queen and Andrews family.
It would probably be more humiliating than anything else they've been through, even the abdication.

Presumably she will be limiting her investigation to England, altho the legislation allows prosecution for offences overseas ( and is fraught with obvious difficulties such as interviewing witnesses)

Now P.Andrew is with the Queen at Balmoral, he can't be arrested. Apparently nobody can be arrested if they are staying with the Queen or even in the garden of her properties,
Perhaps he might have to move in with her permanently.
