The wise decision would be to say No, in view of what they have ssid and what they have allowed to be said.
If HM allows it then Mrs Harry will spin it into a 'victory' over the Royal Family, 'proving' all they have said through their various well-paid friends.
If HM does not allow it then Mrs Harry will use it as 'proving' all they have said against the Royal Family.
As I doubt either of them have set foot in a place of worship, other than a funeral, since their wedding then I don't see why they are wanting a Christening, unless it's to get some lovely pictures.
