Apg, no expert here- but I does seem to provide some protection for those that have been vaccinated. Even though still able to pass it on to others.
Deaths should be reducing, and hospital admissions, for those vaccinated. But, those that haven't been, will still be at the same risk.
Bizarrely, for the whole of last year- I don't think I saw a single post or thread, complaining that Carers were still working. In fact, they were described as essential and keystaff. Nobody was too worried then and insisting on looking after their own. Now there is a vaccine, suddenly, everyone has a different idea.
Everyone is welcome to look after their own vulnerable relatives (vaccinated or not)- but most either cannot, or are just not suitable.
If you disagree with unvaccinated carers, and your relative does. Keep them at home, there is always a choice.
