I am fat and have been fat since my teens - 40 years.
polycystic ovary syndrome - insulin resistance which has led to secondary diabetes. I have also developed kidney failure caused by prescribed medication, the same medication has caused cognitive disfunction and mobility issues. It is all interlinked and totally confusing and difficult to cope with.
Saying that eating too much food is the only cause of a person being fat is short-sighted.

TTT, being overmuscled, or "exceptionally fit" isn't healthy either.
A human (or animal) body, is designed to be fit and toned. Any excesses aren't healthy.
