I've seen pictures of 4 people who were cleared of murder in the US last week arguing self defence. One was white.
Kyle shouldn't have been trying to save his community from the criminal scum of the earth who deal in death and destruction with a bit of looting and arson thrown in. The police should.

Having watched the footage before the trial and again during the trial, I can honestly say that I have never seen a more clear-cut case of self defence in all my entire life. If Kyle had been found guilty on any one of the charges, it would have sounded the death knell for the USA as we know it.

Thank god the jury got it right. Not just for those in the USA, but for us all.

And which planet are you inhabiting today Peter? It cannot be planet Earth, since your statement flagrantly contradicts the evidence.

Rittenhouse did not cause trouble. He did the exact opposite; he tried to prevent it. He was attempting to put out fires that were maliciously and deliberately started by Antifa / BLM rioters. It was his attempts to extinguish those fires that angered the rioters and lead to them to physically assault Rittenhouse and attempt to steal his weapon. Rittenhouse only fired upon those individuals as an absolute last resort. The video footage demonstrates this unequivocally. That is why the jury found him not guilty.

If you want to wallow in a fantasy world that Rittenhouse is guilty, then be my guest. But just know that the people who Rittenhouse shot were themselves violent criminals:

Grosskreutz, the man who Rittenhouse shot and wounded was a known felon and was illegally carrying a firearm. On the witness stand, he confirmed that Rittenhouse didn't shoot him until he (Grosskreutz) pointed his illegal firearm at Rittenhouse's head.

Huber, one of the men that Rittenhouse shot dead was also a convicted criminal. He pleaded guilty in 2013 to two felony counts of strangulation and suffocation and false imprisonment. Huber attempted to bludgeon Rittenhouse with a skateboard before Rittenhouse retaliated with justified lethal force.

And then there's Joseph Rosenbaum, the man who Rittenhouse first killed in self defence. Rosenbaum spent 12 years behind bars for raping children. Rosenbaum raped children between the ages of 9 and 11. He specifically targetted single women with kids so that he could carry out his evil actions.

And there you have it Peter. These are the people that Rittenhouse either killed or maimed. All of them were assaulting Rittenhouse. All of them were threatening the life of Rittenhouse.

And yet you, having access to all the video footage of the incident on multiple platforms, have reached the conclusion that it was Rittenhouse who was “causing trouble”...

My mind boggles at the mental gymnastics that you have to perform to conclude that Rittenhouse was in any way culpable for what happened that night. The jury saw through the prosecution's lies and misdirection.

And yet here you are, perpetuating lies. The truth of this case is crystal clear to anyone who can see the world without the tainture of politics warping their view of reality.

I pity you. I really do. Your political world-view has polluted your critical faculties to such an extent that you can now convince yourself to believe that black is white.

I think Rittenhouse was foolish and naïve and should have stayed at home but what Sven666 has posted is the truth...therefore in the diseased society that is the US he rightly has been found not guilty.
