Why does the report refer to him as a woman - and why are you referring to him as 'she'? As far as I'm aware - and I'm pretty sure I'm right here - women don't have penises.

And here's another to wonder about. A man who identifies as a woman is now a senior leader at Girl Guides UK. His hobbies include dressing up as a dominatrix. The Mail calls him a her too.

Naomi, quite some time ago, Brownies and Guides were allowing in boys, who claim to be girls, and removing "tomboys". There was a huge fuss from parents, when they found out a male leader was sleeping in tents with 10 year old girls, and they weren't informed, because he used the magic words "I am a woman".
Roy, out of interest, how would you suggest he should be kept out of a women's prison?

Add me to the "Ken" way of speaking. First and foremost, if guilty.of those acts, the person is a pervert regardless of gender. I shouldn't think the crimes as described are worth of a custodial sentence (assuming they have no previous), so I shouldn't imagine which prison they are sent to will be of any consequence.

Neither is it "regardless of gender" or even sex. This won't be treated as a "genderless" crime. It will be treated as a "woman's" one.
