Does being an antivaxxer automatically mean you are a "Remoaner" (or vice versa). Can Leavers be antivaxxers or do they all support the vaccination programme? Can antivaxxers be Leavers or did they all vote to Remain? What's the connection?

Or is your question only directed to antivaxxers who voted to remain?

Then it won't be possible via Ministerial edict (as most of the measures have been), Chris. It will require a change to primary legislation which will mean a bill in Parliament, debated properly and passed by both Houses. I don't think such a measure would meet the approval of Parliament.

Plus, this would require the immediate issue of Covid Passports or some type of 'register' which (presumably) the police would have access to. Otherwise it's impossible to.....police.
