Also one at no. 35 no 8 no 101 etc.

Some of these that held a party have moaned about the alleged party at no. 10.
Of course everyone on AB is a Saint and has followed the covid rules 100%

Andrew Mitchell said - "you are meant to protect us and not poss about" - and it degenerated into libel for some reason
Andrew's solicitor missed a deadline by one day and the judge threw the case out and dinged Andrew for £250 000 which his frenz paid
AND
Mrs Andrew told Andrew to record a police meeting ( really said he in disbelief) - and the police leaked "wu-wu-wu" and the recording showed 'la-la-la'. Police dimissed for dishonesty

There is surely a difference between people working together anyway having something to eat and drink and loads of people turning up to other people's homes to have a party - which we all know happened frequently because of the police interventions. Captain Hindsight and his cronies are sadly mistaken if he thinks this will get rid of Boris - and even if he did go Labour will still be the opposition party!

I feel folk are getting very worked up about something that had no affect on their lives (aside from the outrage they opted for). Restrictions were already in place and it was those that caused hardship, not any alleged party. It was a foolish thing to do, smacks of one rule for the masses another for them, when they should have been showing a good example and be beyond reproach. Government support will inevitably drop, along with support for Boris, but in the final analysis no one else has shown themselves even a half decent replacement over the last few years, so we're stuck with the present lot for the meantime.

They ARE the masses. They only work at Downing Street. They're not the government. They work together day in an office day in and day out and they had a drink together after the office closed. Big deal! This is ridiculous, it really is.

i have to agree with naomi here - what a load of fuss over nothing. that woman who resigned yesterday - my daughter asked me why she'd resigned and i couldnt come up with ANY good reason. it's not like she was taking the pee out of people that had died.
