Some of the blame for Prince Andrew’s legal wrangling must lie with his legal team.

Imagine you find yourself in his position (guilty or not), your lawyers will recommend you do all that can be done in your defence – including making the case go away.

Unfortunately, the plaintiff then has additional expense paying their lawyers to represent them at any hearing attempting to have the case dismissed.

Sadly this is how the rich and famous make cases go away, where their accuser has no funds.

I agree with the rough idea of 'did he do it?' - but it boils down to some actions are criminal depending on the circumstances

and if the circumstances arent there - then he - sort of didnt do it

The age of the young woman in question is not the issue here.

As to whether or not anyone has been 'abused', that is for the court to decide, so I will choose to ignore your summary judgement, based on nothing more than your cynical judgement based on your own neanderthal attitudes to women.

I notice you have, as usual, ignored my demolition of your previously abysmally judged observations comparing your grandmother with the woman in question here.

The suggestion of hyopcrisy is similarly ignored as being too close to the truth to receive a response.
