Out of 2333 people. Hardly a huge poll. I'll fake it with the similar dose of salt I do Gulliver's polls.

well the Express think it's worthy of comment and it's a similar number they use for most polls.
Well, the Express would though wouldn't they? I mean, if it was a poll with the opposite result run by the Giardian, you'd be sceptical too.
Guardian even.
Have to agree, I treat the Express and Guardian will equal respect.
Zero.
people have seen the way the eu have treated britain since we have left, just look at france and the illegal migrant arrivals...nice friends
or members of the club we left, it was all about taking our money and telling us to shut up and get used to it, yet millions of peoples came over and used our nhs for free...
2,333! Wow!
// the Express thinks its worthy of comment //

I've just had a hernia op TTT. Please don't say anything else to jeopardise my recovery.
If you read the actual poll, rather than the Express spin on it, you'll see that 34% think the UK was right to leave, compared to 54% who think it was wrong. What's more, whereas 88% of those who voted remain still believe they were right, only 77% of leavers still believe in leave. So please let's not have any of that "democratic will of the majority" rubbish.
Bit of a mixed bag…

// 34% said Brexit was the right decision in the first place. //

So 66% didn’t think it was the right decision.
2,333 people is more than enough for a representative sample. The usual number is around 1,000.
I think the 76% rejection is because they fear the terms that would be imposed if we ever applied to rejoin. I suspect it would be fewer if we had the same terms as before. Not that it matters anyway.

thechair: "So please let's not have any of that "democratic will of the majority" rubbish. " - in Jun 2016 52% of the people voted for brexit, that's called democracy even in the land of the 5th column.
foo! MAAFOB - what ever that is! foo again

lets get back to the good old days TTT, and start four more Brexit threads - today !

yaaaaaaay!
who is "agent Cob"?
//who is "agent Cob"?//
Jeremy Corbyn.
Who mentioned "agent COB"?
Wrong thread Kardashev.

Bobb, its the previous thread.

On the polls I personally would take any of them with a pinch of salt.
//So please let's not have any of that "democratic will of the majority" rubbish.//

Are you claiming the result of the referendum was rigged?

To be honest I dont really understand your post at all.

As for the Express 'spin' its not is it. It simply states those that would not want to rejoin. That is totally different to those who thought it right or wrong to leave in the first place.
Weird numbers, says only 34% think Brexit was the right decision in the first place - compared to the 52% who actually voted that way which is a huge difference. Does that mean 18% of people who voted for Brexit now think it was the wrong decision?
