How far should prison officers go to accommodate those identifying as babies? This prisoner has a dummy and blended food

Pixie//So, yes, people are literally being sterilised//
Ah! so they are not actually bewing sterilised.
Of course they are, Danny. How do you remove all a person's reproductive parts, make new ones up and give them fake hormones, without sterilising them? They are infertile afterwards. If that helps?
But if no one f?rces them to do this and they are volunteers then what is your complaint?
Naomi, like I said, go with whichever current definition you like. But we all understand the words trans- sexual and trans- gender and the difference between them. I didn't think you would be one to go with PC tbh, but factual.
Teenagers, children, transgender people- are all volunteers, yes. Carry on with the experiments- we know they don't work. That is my complaint. The harm it is doing - to everybody.

So are you saying that nobody should have trans surgery, Pixie?
I think EJ Osborne is an example of a very successful trans op, nobody who didn't know would have taken him to have been born a woman. He was very unhappy before his operation where homophobia made it very difficult to live as a lesbian in Australia
Obviously, I haven't said that, Barry. I will look him up
I am only saying genuine dysmorphia is very rare, and not necessarily helped by surgery (like most mental issues). But transgender is a different concept...
Before I do... ftm tend to be far more persuasive than mtf. As people tell by faces first.
Ok, but would not tolerance of sexuality have been a healthier option? What did he die of?
Question Author
I don't know, Pixie, the family has not released those details. He died in a hospice. I don't see the relevance
He died from cancer at 45, after years of fake hormones. I just wondered what type of cancer?
We know transpeople have a very low life-expectancy, but your idea of successful, is maybe different from mine.
Question Author
He lived a happy and successful life, many people who have never had hormones or any type of surgery can develop cancer and die from it, even children.
Right. But why is their average about 38?
I will see if I can find which kind. Thanks for that x
Breast cancer it was.

Question Author
Men who haven't had hormones can also get breast cancer, about 1% of all instances of breast cancer sufferers are men.
I know that, Barry. But- you have been really helpful. Thank you x
Btw, this was a woman.... so let's not confuse the issue ;-)
Ridiculous to pander to this ‘person’.
