Why? To give them the opportunity to encourage a pregnant woman to do something she really doesn't want to do and to potentially influence her decision? No. Some women are manipulated enough by those around them and in this they must be allowed a free choice about what happens to their bodies - and to the rest of their lives. //
Why the assumption that anyone else involved will automatically want to persuade the woman to go against her own wishes?
I have said many times, and repeated on this thread, that my view is that the woman concerned, and only she has the right to decide the final outcome.
But that does not mean that she has to make that decision entirely on her own, potentially without the support of people close to her who love her and want the best for her.
I have pointed that out, if you re-read my posts, instead of jumping to erroneous conclusions, it stops me cluttering up the thread putting you straight, because you prefer to think badly of me, than take the time to read and understand what i actually think.
