The power of Tactical voting, is this the way forward?
The public rather than political parties formed a pact to do whatever it takes keep Boris out at the Tiverton and Honiton by election, if they do the same at the G/E ....It will be curtains for the Con's shutting them out for decades.

I think it is more of a consideration for people these days

And Sajid Javid is demanding that Labour and the Libs come clean if they have an election pact ..
Oh yeah just like the Tories are open with their plans .
rather disingenuous of him
It's nothing new

It is in the amount of voters who chose that option on thursday ,Hopkirk.
‘ The public rather than political parties formed a pact’

Did they? How did they do that, Gulli?

Boris talking from Rwanda when questioned about the by election "I understand the peoples frustration and the voters have a problem" .
........Wonder what the problem is....

08.11 Just think about Zacs . shouldn't be all that difficult.
He also said he would "listen and learn" and focus on "delivering for the people of this country".
He also added: "I genuinely, genuinely don't think the way forward is to focus on issues of personality whether they are mine or others.”

That’s not the talk of anyone about to resign.
I have thought about it hence me questioning you. A ‘pact’ requires people to pre arrange something between them. Do you seriously think everyone who voted contacted each other and arranged to vote tactically?

08.24 Internet ,Family talking to family , talking to each other at place of work, talking to each other in pubs, public meetings etc, etc . I don't give a hoot how word gets around as long as it damages Boris.
Yeah, but it’s not a ‘pact’. A pact is a formal agreement between individuals or parties.
What's your problem with Boris, Gulliver- you don't even live here!
Why is it apparently only gulliver who is criticised for posting on UK politics because he allegedly lives abroad?
It's a daily onslaught of anti-Boris diatribe from someone who is not a British voter. I am not being critical, just asking Gulliver a question.
Hazi...: There's plenty of reasons to dislike Johnson, as we saw in the two by-elections.
Of course. But that's down to the voter. Not Gully who doesn't even live in the UK.
//Why is it apparently only gulliver who is criticised for posting on UK politics because he allegedly lives abroad?//

Because a while back, during the Brexit debate, he repeatedly made such a big thing about us "Little Englander suckers" living in Little England, wanting to get our blue passports back and keep foreigners out. Meanwhile, he, sipping a Piña colada or some such concoction, from the veranda of his beach bungalow (location undisclosed), overlooking the ocean, had no such concerns.

Personally I suspect he lives in Gateshead.
Sunderland, I’d suggest.
If you would condemn us to be governed by an unholy coalition of union-fed Labour, Lib non-dems & 5C SNP then I would rather have the Tories thankyou.
