What a vile sycophant. Her obsession for Johnson is bordering on the deranged. Doesn’t this show just how divided the Tory party are over the whole leadership race and how badly out of touch they are that some in the party want him to still be the PM?

I myself suffered for many years as my secretary would run my life, booked my squash court in the winter and a tennis court in the summer, reminded me of my wife's birthday, bought flowers for her and booked my hotel when I went to meetings.

I’ve known lots of secretaries/PAs who do more than they are contracted to perform, on behalf of their boss – they do this not because they are infatuated with their boss, but because they are paid to assist their boss.
