They also have a very big parliamentary majority (even though the majority of uk voters do not vote tory) which labour cannot overturn in a hurry….
we are stuck with zombie government for years ahead i fear… things have done nothing but either get worse or stagnate in the last 12 years so i am not optimistic about this country’s future. Oh well.

Labour have existed 122 years, of those they have been in power for 23.9, in the same period the Tories have been in power for 68.8. I wonder why?
