Rodders takes his traditional beating! As a bonus, similarly the Scottish wind bag Blackford also gets a kicking. Loved it when Mrs May asked why all 3 female PMs have been Tory. Having no answer Sir Beer and his front bench squirmed in their seats. Wonderful first performance.

Confident, direct, no slanging match, straight to the point. That was a punchy performance- straight questions got straight answers- so well done to the new PM and let's hope that this is the flavour of things to come.
Why the repeat question, already a discussion started below.

Perhaps the question should be- what is Labour's problem with women? They bang on with their woke agenda 24/7 but can't elect a woman leader- the Tories are on their third woman PM- good point well made Theresa!

It’s ‘tradition’ innit, like the Usual Dance threads where the OP posts no semblance of the facts, just personal opinions passed off as reality.

How did the one from Canada end up the other day? Have they apprehended the Muslim terrorists yet?
same ship different colour

TTT having the hots for Liz Truss - I am gonna ring the Poe-lice!
Didnt his mum tell him not to start at women or something?
fatticus fink-beater
One of the muslim terrorists had been dead by the other
or else stabbed himself

the other latest news is -Her Maj looked OK and is not in danger

I’d read as much, my post was aimed at the OP of that story.
He’s not kept us up to date about the TROPers.
Alas, nothing changed. A rabble. :-(
// nothing changed. A rabble //

I thought it was a lot different, for the better. Dunno how long that will last though.

Nope. It was a very entertaining draw. No one played badly, no one shone. May and Bottomley’s contributions were good.
To be fair SKS played it correctly. Bad form to go straight for the jugular and even more so sine she appeared to be actually answering questions. He will also have to see how she works if he is to stand a chance. She does appears to have changed a bit from before the Summer.

Lets see what its like in a couple of months.

gromit: "Why the repeat question, already a discussion started below." - it's not a repeat, that one was posted before PMQs speculating. Mine was about what actually happened.

Your skewed version of events does not constitute ‘what happened’ though.
Previous experience tells us it’s anything but.
Tora, seems like a very young cabinet to me.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-62796077 - not a complete list but ages range from 36 - 55, plus Graham Stuart at 60.
I do miss the elder statesmen of yesteryear. Just thinking about the backing Mrs T had in her cabinet, not that it did her much good at the end :(

Truss did well and I hope she continues in that vein of answering PMQ's. It might help to shorten the agony for the Opposition ;)

Oh well, youth, new blood and new ideas should be worth seeing how they all perform. The one who will interest me the most is Braverman.
A tory Pm actually answered a question .
....Got to be a first...
Blackford was his usual odious self.
Well done Blackford "The Tories don't like it up em"
.....Do they...
I don't think he scored any hits - he was just obnoxious.
Although I thought she looked a little nervous occasionally, I thought she did alright. She had my admiration when one of her questioners asked something quite aggressively and demanded a 'yes' or 'no' answer. That's exactly what she got - a one word answer - 'Yes'. Good for Liz.
the Tories are on their third woman PM

lol, having thrown out the last two without waiting for the electorate to do it for them.
