I presume they are staying for the funeral. I wonder what they are doing, twiddling their thumbs at Frogmore? She must be really annoyed her plans for this week have been scuppered. Will she go to the funeral to be ignored, I wonder. She will probably fly home to her little Prince and Princess (yuk) and leave the dope here.

The Queen and King Charles have shown no malice and neither should the public. It's the last respect that can be shown for Queen Elizabeth. Let's also remember that a great deal of what we hear is through the media who make up what they don't know, as do writers of such dramas as The Crown, which are taken by some to be fact.
I don't have the words to describe how I feel about so many people anonymously ganging up on a person that they don't know using only the ammunition that the media has supplied.
I would hate to be a member of your family that you dislike. There are a couple of voices of sense within the thread, but the rest of you should step back and question why you have so much anger and vitriol against someone who you will never meet or never know personally.
I don't like the woman, but I don't have to.

I'm amazed at the holier-than-thou attitude on here and why so many people think it's okay to brush over what the woman has said about the Royal Family. Shame on her and shame on her pusillanimous husband who should have given his self-obsessed wife a good talking to for trashing his family in front of the world and spewing lie after lie after lie.
My opinion of her was formed by witnessing first hand her vile accusations and not from reading the Daily Mail. What an absurd remark! I take people at face value and don't form opinions based on others' views.

I really wanted her to deliver what seemed to be promised, to be a support to Harry, in both his charitable works, and also supporting the wider Royal family. Sadly she did not understand that her role would always only be Second best supporting actress behind the Queen, Camilla, and the Duchess of Cambridge.
I suppose if your view of what a princess is, is referenced by the simpering heroines of Disney cartoons your chances of meeting the demands of the somewhat less fanciful reality are pretty slim.

She has said some things about the royal family, but there may be some truth in what she has said. She may have manipulated the facts in her favour. She is not innocent in all of it.
But she didn't kill anyone, run off with someone's baby, she didn't do anything truly evil or nasty.
It is the venomous nature of this thread that I find disconcerting.

//But over the past 12-18 months my opinion has been leave them alone and stop using them for headlines...and wishing they'd retire from the limelight both for their sakes and that of the royal family.//
If only. Harry has evolved into a professional victim and hypocrite, aided and abetted by his ghastly wife. She, having been given short shrift when she attempted to combine Netflix with Windsor, has taken to being, shall we be kind and say, "economical with the truth" (and that's being very kind).
The pair caused the Queen untold grief in her later years - grief that she did not deserve and could have done without. I would prefer they did not attend the funeral, but I imagine they will and if they do, I would expect respect and good behaviour from all those unfortunate enough to have to engage with them.
After that I would prefer it if neither of them ever sets foot on these shores again.

To make up lies about other people is thoroughly wicked and she did it for her own malicious enjoyment.
There is no venom on my part, just a distinct lack of forgiveness. I doubt she feels an ounce of remorse for any pain or anguish she caused our beloved, dearly departed Queen in the last precious moments of her life.
I wish her no ill, but I can't abide the woman.
