shamima begum is obviously not a good person... being a decent or even law abiding person is not a requirement for having uk citizenship. she was brainwashed as a child and smuggled out as a teen bride, where she had three children who all died and yes did some pretty horrible things herself.

it has also transpired that the person who trafficked her out of the uk was an asset of canadian intelligence and that the metropolitan police knew about this... was this why his activities were not stopped? Because he was useful? Were we happy to let him smuggle teenagers to ISIS so that they were out of our hands?

she was a dual national yes but she was born here and spent all her life here until she left... the british seem to have promptly stripped her of citizenship in order to try and foist her on bangladesh... i do not think that was the correct thing to do and in my opinion it sets a very bad precedent
