Andrew is embarking on a campaign to 'clear his name' and if he is using the word of a convicted felon as a starting point, it simply proves that he has learned nothing, which is entirely in character for a fool like him.

As for Andrew relying on that photo, I would have thought he would have started all of this well before Maxwell said anything, it being fake has been raised before though.

I can quite see how he was pressured to settle given the Jubilee and such like but I'm not sure it will will do Andrew much good to drag it all up again. Even if he wins the "No smoke without Fire" brigade will never let it go.

Although the questioner offers her views and opinions , simply as her views and opinions, and there is nothing wrong with that - she is always keen to demand 'proof' from anyone else, who offers a view that opposes her own.

I simply offered my view based on what I have concluded from the media, which is all the questioner ever does - but for her, the rules of debate are 'different'.
